Meet the team

Our team operates globally, with hubs in Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York.

Our Internet-native team combines creative intuition with data-backed strategy. We’ve been the creators, editors, and strategists, so we know what actually hits and how to turn attention into action. From creative direction and sourcing to editing and performance reporting, we handle the full pipeline so your brand rises consistently, authentically, and at scale.

CEO

Walid

Walid has spent over a decade growing online audiences, building channels that reached millions across Vine, YouTube, and Instagram. A true early-internet native, down to the lost David Dobrik footage from early VidCon days. While attending UC Berkley, Walid built The Breadwinners Club to help brands and businesses scale through culturally-driven, creator-led content that performs.

COO

Sam

Samantha leads operations and growth at The Breadwinners Club, helping turn ambitious creative ideas into scalable programs for some of the internet’s fastest-growing brands. She works across client strategy, partnerships, team operations, and creator programs - keeping TBC moving quickly without losing the details. Her work spans everything from structuring new programs to negotiating partnerships and building the systems behind the agency’s growth.

Operations + Financial Director

Kayla

Kayla is an ex-corporate girlie who has always been chronically online and may have first built an audience in college through writing a few pieces for Thought Catalog while studying Management Accounting and pursuing a career in corporate finance. Now at The Breadwinners Club, she keeps creative chaos organized, budgets on track, and streamlines processes. She lives in memes, gifs, and emojis… with a side of different matcha mixes.

PAID ADS DIRECTOR

Reem

Reem is The Breadwinners Club’s resident paid ads powerhouse—an introverted data nerd with a soft spot for clean metrics and killer ROI. She lives for stabilizing numbers, optimizing CPAs, and crafting campaigns that actually convert. When she’s not deep in dashboards, she’s probably at the gym, planning her next trip, or reading something that’ll make her even more unstoppable.

Account Manager

Ushni

Ushni is a self-proclaimed Internet Anthropologist who somehow turned her Superwholock Tumblr era into a thriving career in UGC marketing. After graduating from Syracuse University and UNC Chapel Hill, she’s spent the last two years managing campaigns, creators, and creative chaos at The Breadwinners Club. She’s fluent in fandoms, analytics, and unhinged brainstorms most often all at once.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Cambria

Cambria graduated from Fordham University in 2024 and has been chronically online since before it was cool. One of the early adopters of TikTok back in 2019, she’s been crafting viral memes ever since. With a background in Communications, PR, and Marketing, she now channels her internet fluency into shaping narratives that actually stick. Her deep piece of internet lore? A slightly concerning Videostar and iMovie music video phase that probably should’ve earned her an editing credit by now.

Account Manager

Eva

Eva graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and brings 4+ years of boutique PR agency experience across brand, creator, and community-driven work. She’s been building communities on the internet since she was 12, when she grew a digital fan community to 20,000+ members, so understanding what makes people care about, share, and rally around something has always come naturally.

At TBC, she brings that instinct to creator partnerships and campaigns, combining strategic storytelling, cultural insight, and a very-online pulse on what people are actually talking about. Her experience spans PR, event activations, creator and celebrity partnerships, social media management, community and fan engagement and paid media.

Account Manager

Coral

Coral brings 4+ years of influencer marketing and creator agency experience, with a specialty in music and entertainment. She has worked at the intersection of artists, creators, brands, and fandoms, helping turn the moments people are already talking about into campaigns that feel natural to the culture.

At TBC, Coral brings that entertainment-first lens to creator strategy and partnerships, pairing strong creative instincts with the performance side of the work. Her experience spans end-to-end campaign management, talent discovery, creative direction, and contract negotiation, with a particular pulse on music, artists, and the communities built around them.

Content Coach

Aava

Aava graduated from Texas State University in 2018 and has spent the last five years living and breathing digital marketing and content creation. At The Breadwinners Club, she works one-on-one with our creators to help them make their best, most scroll-stopping videos yet. Her piece of internet lore? Her high school meme/spam account that accidentally blew up to 12K followers overnight. Since then, the internet’s known far more about Aava than we probably should, but honestly… that’s exactly why we love her.

Community Manager

Danielle

Danielle is the heartbeat of the Breadwinners community, helping us stay connected to the creators who make everything we do possible. She manages relationships across our creator network, brings new creators into the club, and helps turn TBC into a community people actually want to be part of, online and IRL.

With a background in project management and a deep understanding of social media and online communities, Danielle brings structure to the chaos behind the scenes. She oversees creator relationships and processes from onboarding through ongoing engagement, making sure our growing network stays supported, connected, and genuinely part of the club.
